I’m a young professional in the field of chemical engineering machinery; I’ve been working with equipment in coal-to-methanol plants for over 4 years. As an equipment technician, I feel that my skills are still average. I hope that those with more experience can give me some advice on what areas I should focus on learning, or suggest any good books that could help me improve my skills.
