Recently, the single-tube side-line evaluation unit for the acetylene hydrogen chlorideation catalyst evaluation and testing apparatus, which possesses independent intellectual property rights developed by Xinjiang Tianye, was put into operation successfully. The successful operation of this set of single-tube side-line experimental equipment will play a positive role in promoting mercury emission reduction efforts in calcium carbide-based PVC manufacturing enterprises. 　　It is understood that this set of experimental equipment utilizes a PLC control system for precise fully automatic operation, enabling automatic control of the flow rate of the feed gas and the reaction temperature; it can simultaneously meet the process requirements for evaluating 4 batches of catalysts. Compared with previous catalyst evaluation experimental devices, this device features more stable process performance, greater operability, and more accurate data collection.
