Engineering achievements of LDPE (high-pressure process) plants?

Dear all: I would like to know which design institutes/engineering companies in China have experience in the engineering design of high-pressure LDPE plants Thank you so much!
I know SEI did it back in the 2000s; have there been any new achievements in recent years? Have you worked at the Shanghai Medical Engineering Institute or the Daqing Institute?
Daqing Engineering Company has handled projects of 200,000 tons and 300,000 tons to date
