Issues with the ports of high-pressure tanks

There is a high-pressure air tank with a design pressure of 35 MPa. Is it better to design the pipe connections as flanges or as threads?
Has no friend ever designed something with such high pressure? Please give your feedback on the design; I’m waiting online. Thank you
With threads, there is a concern that they may not be easy to remove if used improperly; regarding flanges, the issue lies in the sealing mechanism. Can concave-convex surfaces be used for sealing in pipe flanges? Those with experience, please share your thoughts. Thank you
The flanges I used for the 16Mpa Class 3 nitrogen cylinders are of the flat-seal type; I guess flanges should be used for these as well.
Is there also a type that is welded directly?
With flange connections, those sealed with metal gaskets should be better than those sealed with threads.
Sealing with a threaded flange and a lens gasket could also be considered, as it is relatively reliable
The pipe is DN20, which is relatively small; isn’t it simpler and more convenient to use threads? I have no experience, so this is just a guess
