Dosage of PAM and PAC for pilot tests on industrial wastewater

Recently, it was observed that the effluent from the physical-chemical sedimentation tank contained white milky particles that did not settle and ended up entering the biological treatment tank along with the effluent. I would like to conduct some pilot tests to determine the appropriate concentration of PAM and PAC, as well as the amounts of each to be used in these tests. It would be great if several sets of data could be provided. Thank you
The dosage of solid PAC generally ranges from 0.1 kg per ton of water, with the amount adjusted according to the coagulation process (the addition should be stopped when small particles form and the supernatant becomes clear). For PAM, the dosage is determined when the particles grow larger and the supernatant becomes clear. PAC should be dissolved in advance at a concentration of 5–10%, while PAM should be dissolved in advance at a concentration of 0.1–0.3% and kept ready for use.
