Our factory has a \"combined dryer\" (model: KSAD-60WW, manufacturer: Zhejiang Kaishan) used in conjunction with a screw air compressor. We also have a compressor used for handling Freon, and it has been observed that the temperature of the compressor body is high (the water cooling system is working properly). Are you saying the temperature of this compressor is high? Is your compressor a refrigeration unit?

It is recommended to drain all the Freon from the compressor, then evacuate it before adding new Freon. Of course, you need to locate the leak points first; otherwise, the same problem will arise again in a few days. By the way, does this compressor have any areas with negative pressure? If there is no negative pressure, there’s no need to worry about air entering; if there is negative pressure, it’s probably the issue I mentioned
Has the non-condensable gas been completely removed? Is the lubrication system functioning properly? Is the suction pressure normal? It is necessary to analyze and determine the principle by taking into account the parameters of the entire system.
