Product introduction of finned electric heating tubes: Finned electric heating tubes are made from high-quality stainless steel, modified praseodymium oxide powder, high-resistance electric heating alloy wires, and stainless steel heat sinks, using advanced manufacturing equipment and processes. Strict quality control is applied during production. These heating tubes can be installed in air ducts or in other applications where air is stationary or in flow. Performance requirements for finned electric heating tubes: 1. Heating time: Under the test voltage, the time it takes for the element to rise from the ambient temperature to the test temperature should not exceed 15 minutes. 2. Rated power deviation: Under conditions of full heating, the deviation of the component’s rated power shall not exceed the ranges specified below ; For components with a rated power of 100W or less: ±10%. For components with a rated power greater than 100 W, it is +5% to -10% or 10 W; the larger of these two values is adopted. 3. Insulation resistance: The cold-state insulation resistance at the time of factory inspection should be no less than 50 MΩ. 4. Insulation voltage withstanding strength: The component shall remain intact for 1 minute under the specified test conditions and test voltage, without any flashover or breakdown occurring. 5. Leakage current: The leakage current at cold temperature, as well as that after hydrostatic and sealing tests, should not exceed 0.5 mA. The leakage current at operating temperature should not exceed the value calculated according to the formula, with a maximum of 5 mA
