What are the conditions for using jackets or coiled tubes for heating mechanical pumps?

As the title suggests, I am currently in the process of selecting pumps for a project, and I have considered using jacketing or coil heating for these pumps. However, I’m not sure whether there are any specific standard requirements for pumps of this type, such as regarding the freezing point of the medium used! I’m waiting for the experts’ guidance; I’d like to thank them in advance!
