Is there any training provided in the chemical industry? Regarding technical training for frontline employees, how does it work? What are the training contents, formats, durations, locations, and target audiences? Everyone can share their experiences

We have a lecture hall here that meets once a week; it is open to everyone, with technicians giving lectures and everyone participating in discussions – there is also learning and exchange among different teams
The method upstairs is great. Here, each team conducts its own internal training on a weekly basis; the QHSE department carries out safety training as required, while the Human Resources department provides certification training as mandated. There are also mentorship programs and on-the-job training, etc.
The chemical industry must provide training; upon entering the plant, workers need to undergo three levels of training: at the plant level, at the workshop level, and at the team level. Training is required when changing positions, upon returning from a long leave, and when resuming work after an injury. .
But when there is a large workforce, how should it be organized? It’s not possible to skip training during working hours, and after work it takes up people’s rest time – it’s impossible to coordinate this
The time to finish work is voluntary; around 75% of the people show up each time, as it is break time and participation is optional. Usually, 10 to 20 minutes are set aside during the team meeting for training related to the current shift

The content varies; it may include training on procedures, safety, and fire prevention. Training plans and PPTs must be prepared, and exams should be conducted after the training. All relevant materials need to be archived thereafter; P
