What are the reasons for the fluctuations in the temperature of the syngas compressor bearing shells?
Additional information: The three wires from the bearing bush temperature thermoresistors pass through the WTS4 PT100/3 C 0/4-20mA Weidmüller temperature transmitter before entering the Conixion system, where the temperature fluctuates between 57 degrees and 75 degrees. Now, the thermistor wire has been reconnected to the Hollyland control system. No temperature transmitter was used, and there were no fluctuations. Three different WTS4 PT100/3 C 0/4-20mA Weidmiller temperature transmitters were tried, and replacing them and recalibrating them did not cause any problems
It goes directly from 57 to 75. It is necessary to determine what the voltage range for power supply is, which can be seen on the transmitter
Check the channels of the Kangjisen, and also see if the gauge vibrates too much
The channel hasn’t been tested; there is vibration but it’s not a serious issue
Use a process verifier to simulate a PT100 signal to the temperature transmitter, and check whether the readings on the Kangjisen system fluctuate; if they remain stable, inspect the PT100 thermistor; In the event of fluctuations, a standard ammeter is used to measure the 4-20mA signal output by the temperature transmitter, thereby allowing it to be determined whether the issue lies with the temperature transmitter or with the Conixion system.
