2011 is coming to an end. Everyone, please share your achievements this year – what you have done, what you have learned, and what successes you have achieved. Also, express your expectations for the new year; feel free to speak freely..
Take up a floor to support the moderator’s work! ! Last night, I watched the program \"Star Road\" hosted by Bi Fujian, who also reflected on which contestants won weekly and monthly championships in 2011 ; Then, a year-end competition is held to determine the winner of each year ; I marvel at their talent! ! Looking back at my year 2011, I made many plans, but few of them were fulfilled. Now, I have lots of ideas every day, yet I manage to accomplish very little; I’ve become someone who spends the whole day lost in random thoughts, hehe:lol. It will be three years since I graduated next year, and although my mind is much calmer than it was right after graduation, I’m still quite restless and not satisfied with the status quo; I have high aspirations ; This past year has been mainly spent on work; there have been gains as well as losses. The tasks planned were not completed, and the devices designed occasionally had some minor issues. I still can’t calm my mind down, but I’ll try to make improvements over time ; I don’t go home to see my parents very often throughout the year ; Spend more time visiting my parents in the future ; Looking back, there are no positive achievements to mention; only regrets. It’s better to do more meaningful things to make life more fulfilling ;
There aren’t any particular achievements to show either; mainly, I worked on a few projects and designed some additional equipment. The biggest gain this year is the use of 3D technology to analyze the stress levels and potential risks associated with the equipment. This gives us more confidence – we feel more assured that things aren’t as dangerous anymore.
Reply to 3# luoye888: Stress analysis is not easy at all. Brother Shuyu is really talented; I’ll need your guidance in the future. Conducting a stress analysis for just one component of a piece of equipment can cost thousands of dollars, which annoyed our boss so much that he said we should go and learn how to do this..
Let me say a few words as well to give this post more visibility :lol This year I just graduated and there’s a lot to learn. I remember my teachers saying in school that once we graduated we’d realize there’s so much to learn, and indeed that’s the case. When I first started working, I was assigned to the workshop; I didn’t know what to learn and just spent my time doing trivial tasks. I didn’t learn much during those 3 months in the workshop. After that, the company assigned me to the design department. At first, I just spent my time looking at standards, but now I gradually start designing some equipment (mainly using design software). Essentially, I’m just a draftsman. It’s not a great position, but at least now I can apply some of what I’ve learned. Overall, I have gained a lot over the past year. For someone like me who is a beginner, the most important thing is to get familiar with the work procedures as quickly as possible. For the year to come, I still hope to be able to get up to speed very quickly (so that I can get a raise). In the new year, I hope to learn a lot and earn a great deal of money (who would hate money, anyway).....
I wrote two papers and took many courses.
No major achievements to show – I was involved in the setup and commissioning of the ZHG continuous polypropylene process; I put in a lot of effort, but got no tangible rewards, haha. I’ll keep working hard next year

I changed jobs and came into contact with many things I had never encountered before; I’ve learned a bit about standards and regulations. I have reviewed a huge number of construction plans and been to the site countless times, where I applied many of the theoretical concepts from books in practice. Theory and practice have been combined, but I realize there is still a long way to go; in the days to come I need to study diligently, taking things one step at a time. There aren’t any major achievements, but I feel my life has been quite fulfilling. By stepping into Haichuan, I met many friends and learned a great deal of knowledge. I feel very happy.
If it’s really 2012, then it shouldn’t be 2011. If it really shouldn’t be 2011, then it shouldn’t be 2012. If it really shouldn’t be 2011, then it should be 2012, but not 2012.
There weren’t many achievements at work this year; I didn’t get promoted, but I did get some work done. 1. Modify the distribution plate inside the gas-phase polypropylene fluidized bed reactor. 2. To address the issue of excessive vibration levels in the circulating gas pipeline, two additional sets of damper brackets were added to the pipeline. 3. To address the high stress in the discharge tank of the reaction system and the sealing leakage issues caused by gaskets, the sealing method was changed.
