What is the relationship between ITCC, 3500, and Tricon? I have used both the monitoring system for 3500 units and Tricon’s SIS; ITCC is a comprehensive control system for compressors, so does it include online monitoring of compressor units as well as system interlocks? Please share your insights!
Yes, the ITCC you mentioned is included; the unit we use features SHENGU’s ITCC system, with 3500 and Tricon being part of it as well. It’s an independent control system, and the HMI interface uses Intouch
Can 3500 be used directly to control the compressor interlocks and anti-surge functions, without the need for Tricon?
3500 is only used for monitoring the shaft vibration, displacement, speed, etc. of the unit; for interlocks of other compressors as well as anti-surge control, Tricon and Intouch are still required
