I’m not sure to what extent your valve body is damaged. We’ve had similar damage issues in the past, and my predecessors back then also replaced the valve bodies. Replacing the valve body involves significant risks; if the procedure isn’t done properly, it can lead to a fire. We have also tried using welding as a method, but it was not thorough enough, and it is only suitable for cases with minor damage.
Location, medium, and operating conditions are required; pictures would be ideal
What size is the furnace? Replacing it with 4.3 is really not difficult at all. . . It has been replaced countless times.
It’s really impossible to keep production going; a replacement is necessary. One can go to other experienced manufacturers to learn from them. In our factory, replacing the rising pipe and valve body isn’t too difficult.
