Precautions for starting up and shutting down the purification system
Do not exhaust the gas too quickly to prevent shock damage to the molecular sieve bed
1. To prevent too rapid pressure increase that could impact the bed layer, the pressure rise rate is generally controlled through a manual gas control valve. 2. Check whether the valve status matches the current step; if not, make adjustments promptly. For the first time or after a long period of inactivity, it is recommended to go through the steps again. 3. The pressure increase of the air compressor should be less than 5 Kpa per time, to prevent water from the air-cooling tower from entering the molecular sieve. 4. In heating or cold-blowing mode, pay attention to the operation of the air regeneration gas; ensure an adequate supply of heating gas to prevent the heater from overheating. These are basically the precautions. Of course, there are some specific faults that require special handling~~
During the startup of the molecular sieve, when using open-air bypass as the regeneration gas, it is essential to open the bypass valve slowly and adjust the pressure of the air compressor promptly to prevent excessive pressure fluctuations that could cause water to be carried into the air cooling tower. Similarly, when switching the regenerated gas to waste nitrogen gas, the operation must be carried out slowly to prevent the air compressor pressure from becoming too high.
