Seeking help: 1. Is the standard SB/T10148.10-93 \"General Technical Requirements for Grain and Oil Processing Machinery – Surface Painting\" no longer in force? Where can I find this information, and which organization is responsible for this standard? 2. Regarding the painting of equipment within the factory, everyone should follow that standard, in addition to JB/T4711 \"Coating and Transport Packaging for Pressure Vessels\". 3. Are there any regulations regarding the paint coating thickness for non-compressed equipment, and how is this thickness determined?
