How to distinguish electrical cabinets?

When looking at the technical specifications, the complete set of equipment includes many electrical cabinets; some are referred to as high-voltage distribution cabinets, some as power distribution cabinets, some as electrical control cabinets, and others as control cabinets. I’m confused by these different names, as I’m not an electrical engineer. I hope those who know more about this can provide some guidance. Generally, the design institute is required to connect the electrical control cabinets of the complete sets of equipment to the power supply circuit. But if the manufacturer of the complete sets of equipment only provides the control cabinets and the cables from those control cabinets to the equipment, does the design institute then need to provide the cables from the transformer to the distribution cabinet, as well as the cables from the distribution cabinet to the control cabinets?
It mainly depends on the provisions in the technical agreement. If power is to be supplied to the complete set of equipment, generally the design institute will supply power to the electrical control cabinet of that equipment at the site; everything else is the responsibility of the manufacturer of the complete set of equipment.
