Screw air compressor current overload

Our facility has an Aerzen screw air compressor that shuts down due to current overload after starting up. It rotates easily when manually turned, and the motor works fine when tested separately. I would appreciate it if experts could help identify other possible causes for this current overload issue.
Check if the inlet pressure tap is blocked
How long does it take to trip? When it first starts up, the motor usually draws high current, but this level returns to normal soon. If it trips after a short period of time, you can try increasing the current protection time for the motor. Also, if there is airflow loading, it needs to be turned down to the lowest level as well.
It jumps in a very short time, but another unit of the same model does not jump; the settings for both units are exactly the same
Try delaying the current protection by three to five seconds. You can ask the electrical technician to check the current trend of this machine after it starts up. There are not many reasons for the motor to trip. Either the motor has excessive vibration.
