Hello everyone. I have 6 years of work experience, during which I have been involved in the project management of skids and modules for oil and gas projects abroad. I have had a lot of interactions with foreign clients, and I have worked on gas processing modules exported to the Middle East and Southeast Asia. I am currently in Chengdu and would like to continue working in similar fields to further improve my skills. Thank you~~:)
It is difficult to continue working in the module sector in Chengdu; there are more opportunities in Zhuhai, Shanghai, Jiangsu, or Yantai in Shandong.
It’s indeed hard to find, but I’ve already bought a house here; the job isn’t suitable and it’s not convenient to get around either :(
Young people should not be tied down by a single house. As we all know, the oil industry is in a downturn at the moment; service companies such as Schlumberger and Baker Hughes are carrying out large-scale layoffs. It’s difficult to impose restrictions on specific regions under such circumstances. . .

There are quite a few design institutes in Chengdu, right? Don’t limit yourself to things like natural gas modules
There are a few, but not many – companies like Chengda and Southwest CPE, as well as some private engineering firms. However, at present they have no projects abroad, not just in the gas sector, haha
I plan to go to Chengdu to develop my career next year. I’m not sure if it will be easy to find a job there. With 7 years of experience in piping work, I’m not sure what price I can expect for my skills
It’s not easy to find them at the moment; only nuclear power projects are hiring in large numbers right now. You might want to give it a try, brother :)
