Which is better, a thickener or a hydrocyclone? I’m asking for help – are there any books that cover this topic?
I’m also thinking about this; there’s a conflict: the thickener theory works well, but it clogs and forms scabs too easily. The suspension separator works well only within its designed operating range; it ceases to function once the flow rate changes. However, it is easy to install and does not get clogged.
