What is the typical amount of inert gas carrying powder, in grams per Nm³, from the coal grinder to the bag filter in the pulverized coal preparation process?
It’s usually around 300 to 400 grams.
The values we provided earlier were similar to those from the dust analysis of high-temperature ceramic filter elements, around 10 mg/m3. The online analysis installed on the exhaust line of the bag filter was later discontinued due to frequent false readings; periodic manual analysis is carried out instead. During routine inspections, it’s sufficient to observe visually for any issues, and the emission standards for dust content in flue gas can also be used as a reference.
The correct value is between 300 and 450 g/Nm3. Below that, it’s meaningless
