Seek the standard clearance values from the front and rear bearings to the gland for a single-stage centrifugal pump.
It can’t be generalized – heat pumps are different from cold pumps; deep-groove bearings are also different from NU bearings. Generally, deep groove bearings are 0.3-0.5mm.
Ordinary pumps are generally controlled at 0.15---0.20mm
Cold oil and hot oil are different; if I remember correctly, Sinopec’s maintenance guidelines specify 0.02–0.08

For pumps in which rolling bearings are used for axial thrust support, the axial clearance of the outer ring of these rolling bearings should be set at 0.02mm–0.06mm (taken from SHS_01013-2004, Centrifugal Pump Maintenance and Repair Procedures). Note: For single-stage centrifugal pumps where the non-driving end is subjected to radial loads and NU series bearings are used, there is no need to consider the clearance between the bearing cover and the outer ring of the bearing; the same applies to deep groove ball bearings. In pumps that use rolling bearings for axial thrust support, angular contact ball bearings are generally used, with two such bearings installed back to back.
