Emulsification of the working fluid during the hydrogen peroxide production process is harmful to production, affecting safe operation, system flow rates, and production capacity. Solutions exist, but they take time to show effects. When preparing a new working solution, emulsification of the solution occurred during the preparation process; it’s the first time I’ve seen this happen. What could be the possible reasons?
Improper solvent ratio and high anthraquinone content are possible causes; are there any others?
For the two-solvent working fluid system, what are the solvent ratios and the overall distribution of anthraquinones in the systems used by each researcher? And to what extent does the distribution coefficient affect the extraction process?

I had some discussions with the manufacturer specializing in internal component modifications a couple of days ago, and it was very informative. Has any of you had their devices modified? It’s mainly the post-treatment process; our plant’s alkali tower is a bit small, and we want to modify its internal components
