Seeking help with Allen-Bradley SmartPro V3.1.3 control loop configuration

I modified the configuration of the cascade loop, replacing the original secondary loop with another control loop. After the installation was completed, I opened the control panel for the secondary loop; in automatic mode, no matter how I changed the set values, the system always reset those values to 0 (the system is currently shut down, so it’s safe to try various settings). Why is this happening? Could anyone with experience give some advice? Thank you! !
There aren’t many people who know how to use such an old version, so I’m really reluctant to modify it
