First of all, where did you get the catalyst from? The DMTO catalyst does not contain any substances classified as hazardous waste; I have discussed this with environmentalists, and oil is considered to fall under that category. If the catalyst is not fully regenerated, strictly speaking, it counts.
In fact, the catalyst may contain unburned carbon, and it definitely contains no oil. However, the environmental impact assessment report for the Bean Shoe project classifies it as hazardous waste, which is confusing; I’d like to discuss this with everyone~~~
