The Y42X pressure regulator used in the boiler room handles compressed air; the inlet pressure is set at 5 kilograms, and the outlet pressure is adjusted to 4 kilograms through the regulator. After making these settings, after one night, the outlet pressure did not reach the set value but instead increased to be equal to the inlet pressure. What exactly is going on?
There’s a problem with the choice of pressure regulator you’ve selected; Y42X is designed for liquid flow, while Y43H should be used for compressed air. A filter needs to be installed in front of the pressure regulator
Isn’t the Y43H pressure relief valve more effective when used in steam pipelines? Can air be used as the medium?
