CAD opens slowly

It’s a WIN7 machine with 2007 installed. Recently, when opening images, it’s sometimes fast and sometimes very slow. I’ve tried several methods available online, but none of them worked; it’s really frustrating. Please suggest a good solution.

It takes a long time to open CAD drawings by double-clicking them, but opening the CAD software first and then using the \"Open\" button on the toolbar to open the drawings works normally. Why is that?

If you only look at drawings, it is recommended to use Guanglianda’s CAD for quick viewing – the experience is really good
After opening the image, run: File - Graphics Utilities - Clean Up - Clean Up All. The results will be clearer if there are many unnecessary elements in the image. If that still doesn’t work, check whether the image file is too large – files of around 20 megabytes tend to cause slow speeds. Another possibility is that the low specifications of the device are responsible for the slow performance; computers with standard specifications generally don’t have such problems.
