Dear everyone: After pressure vessels are used to receive propylene or C4, the pipeline cargo has always been a factor that interferes with the confirmation of data. Is there any way to deal with the pipeline cargo from the dock to the storage area? Or can it be confirmed that the pipeline from the reservoir area to the dock is at full capacity?

The owner receives the goods delivered by ship, usually in accordance with the inspection standards agreed upon by both parties. After the first unloading, the pipelines are not emptied; starting from the second unloading, the pipelines remain filled. The quantities determined through inspection should differ little from those measured in the tanks, so there is no dispute. Some also have mass flow meters of their own, but it still depends on whether both parties agree; in most cases, the inspection results are what determine everything.
