First, divide the pressure testing system using a process flow diagram and identify the blind plate locations. Based on the divided pressure testing system PIDs, the axonometric diagram is colored and assigned to each system, thereby creating the initial pressure testing drawing file. During the construction process, pipeline construction data is collected; thereafter, the documents related to the construction process are compiled based on the pressure testing results, to produce documents verifying the strength of the pipelines and their leak-free status. After these documents have been reviewed along with on-site inspections, the project is finalized following approval by various parties including the client, the supervisor, the quality inspection agency, and the construction contractor.
