What standards determine the width of workshop aisles and the width of aisle lines?

The widths of passages for different uses in the workshop vary, and the widths of the passage paths are also different. I see that it has been mentioned in the context of management practices such as lean or 6S in various companies. Does anyone know which standard it comes from?

These two are from the petrochemical industry; are there any from ordinary industries? We are just an ordinary assembly company. I have the standards provided by Lean, but I don’t know which standard they come from.
