On sunny days, peach blossoms bloom and vines spread; willows sway gently in the breeze. Behind, mountain peaks rise like arches providing protection; ahead, watchtowers seem to have been created naturally. In prosperous times, there’s always time for leisurely pursuits; with a smile, one takes up the pen to compose verses about farming
We’ve been browsing around the Pucheng area, but we haven’t seen any signed authors
Author’s biography: Wang Yuanming, styled Houxuan, was from Pucheng County, Shaanxi Province, during the Ming Dynasty. He passed the imperial examinations in the eighth year of the Wanli era (1580) and rose to the position of deputy governor of Shanxi. He is the author of \"Poems from the Back Pavilion\" and \"Poetic Manuscripts of the Sword Dragon\".
