Sodium in the raw materials accelerates the corrosion caused by vanadium; how exactly does this corrosion occur? I would appreciate it if someone with more experience could give me some advice. What is the maximum level of sodium in the raw material that will accelerate corrosion caused by vanadium?
What is the name of this question? What is the raw material? Is it sodium? Regarding vanadium corrosion, under what conditions does it occur? High temperature? Acidic? Alkaline? Special salts? It shouldn’t be difficult to describe the problem clearly.
It corrodes slowly, not all at once
Is what the poster is referring to thermal corrosion? In combustion products, substances such as sodium sulfate, potassium sulfate, and vanadium pentoxide deposit on the metal surface, destroying the oxide layer there and thereby accelerating the corrosion of the metal~~
