Application for promotion of the technical team in the Environment, Health and Safety section for June 2016: There is 1 person applying for promotion this month, namely zhaolijun from the water treatment forum (UID: 486148), who is seeking to be promoted to senior engineer. Zhaolijun was promoted to engineer in April, but given his extensive technical experience, as well as his enthusiasm for participating in discussions on forums and assisting fellow users, we now request that he be promoted to senior engineer. When he was promoted to engineer, his optimal number of assists was 18; just two months have passed and now it has reached 22, which shows the recognition he receives from his teammates. Method for promotion to Senior Engineer at HaiChuan: After becoming an HaiChuan engineer, one can apply if the number of valid technical assistance posts (including replies) in the technical forum reaches 500, and the highest number of assistance requests provided is 20. I’ve taken a quick look at it so far: Zhaolijun has posted around 350 valid technical assistance posts, and since he’s been promoted to engineer for only a short time, his count of best assistance posts is 4. It is recommended to offer rewards such as prestige and wealth, and then promote them to senior HaiChuan engineers in another 2-3 months. For reference only; please let boyirensheng make the final decision on whether this is appropriate.
I personally lean towards the opinion regarding the desert poplars.
Three more months have passed since the last application. I took another look at the data; zhaolijun’s current best score for assistance is 26, which meets the assessment criteria. But it seems that his enthusiasm for participation has been declining recently. It is recommended to promote him to senior engineer to motivate him to participate more in the technical discussions within the community and to provide technical assistance to other members. @Desert Populus @Firefly @boyirensheng
