Safety valve, forklift inspection. Application for a work safety license

Hello, experts. I have some questions I’d like to ask you all. Should safety valves and forklifts be inspected at the chemical plant, taken to a special equipment inspection center, or inspected in some other way?
That’s also what I wanted to ask. Safety valves are usually sent for inspection; what about forklifts?
I asked in the engineering department today – the safety valves need to be taken to the special equipment inspection center for testing, while forklifts are inspected on-site at the factory
