In the hydrogenation unit’s circulating hydrogen compressor, if all other conditions remain unchanged and I simply increase the speed of the centrifugal pump, how will the pressure throughout the system change? Is it increasing? If it is increased, it can be increased – by how much? But I think it won’t increase; if there’s no new hydrogen added, how could the system pressure rise? Yet when the compressor speed is increased, an increase in outlet pressure should be inevitable, right? I’m confused; I hope everyone can give me some advice!
That situation only increases the pressure difference between import and export. The behavior seems to indicate an increase in the reactor inlet pressure.
In my opinion, increasing the speed of the recycle hydrogen compressor does not raise the system pressure; what determines the system pressure? It is related to the hydrogen-oil ratio. The hydrogen-to-oil ratio is related to something – specifically, to the purity of the hydrogen being supplied. The so-called \"new hydrogen\" can only be utilized when the hydrogen-to-oil ratio is increased, which means more hydrogen is supplied. The purity of the recycled hydrogen; in this way, the system pressure can increase if you raise the speed of the recycled hydrogen compressor. Only the amount of recycled hydrogen can be increased. An increase in speed raises the load on the hydrogen circulation pump, that is, the circulation volume increases. The outlet pressure increased slightly; similarly, the system pressure drop also increased.
By increasing the rotational speed, mechanical energy can be converted into pressure energy; as the mechanical energy increases, according to the law of conservation of energy, there is no reason for the outlet pressure not to increase as well. As the rotation speed increases, the flow rate at the inlet will definitely go up, that’s how it is!
If the outlet pressure of the circulation machine increases, then how does the inlet pressure change? Looking at the entire circulation process, it’s actually a closed loop; if the outlet pressure rises, then the inlet pressure should also rise!
