1.Is the pH value between 6 and 9?； 2. Is the water temperature between 15–35°C? Generally, the temperature of printing and dyeing wastewater is relatively high; if it exceeds 40 degrees, it becomes very difficult to cultivate bacteria ； 3. Are nitrogen and phosphorus sufficient? Generally, these elements are in short supply in printing and dyeing wastewater ； 4. In the absence of biofilm, this is usually seen during the initial stage of culture growth; biofilms become visible when SV exceeds 5%.
