The off-season in production is particularly crucial for safety management. Firstly, due to reduced operations, some equipment stops being used or is used less frequently, which leads to weaker oversight of that equipment and an increased likelihood of problems occurring； With insufficient production activity leaving plenty of free time, it is possible to carry out various types of training; specific time can be set aside to provide hands-on training for new employees in order to strengthen and improve their operational skills.
During the off-season in production, workers’ workload doesn’t decrease either; you still have to do just as much work.
