There’s no problem; a desiccant trap can be installed on the steam pipeline after heat exchange. If there is a vertically upward pipeline, the steam will push the water vapor at the bottom out until it is discharged by the drain device. However, the back pressure of this drain device needs to take into account the pressure in the vertical pipeline. Generally, the pressure difference between the steam used for heating in sulfur recovery processes and the condensate pipelines is significant, so this type of heating method poses no issues.
