For petrochemical plants above a certain scale: Class A liquids loaded from the top through an open hatch should be transferred using submersible dip pipes； For the loading and unloading of liquids in Class A B and Class C A, submersible loading/unloading nozzles should be used. Does this mean that for the unloading of liquids such as Type A B, Type B, and Type C A (including unloading from tank trucks), the use of submersible unloading nozzles is mandatory?
