I would like to know what manufacturing processes are used by glycerin producers in China In Liaoyang, there is a fatty alcohol factory, Dengta North Chemical, which mainly produces fatty alcohols and, as a by-product, glycerin, through the hydrolysis of oils. I heard that Yihai Kerry uses high-pressure hydrolysis; there is a company in Tangshan that deals with glycerin, but I’m not aware of the specific process used there.
