Regarding the pressure transmitter response time

When the design institute requires that the transmitter’s response time not exceed 50 milliseconds, does it refer to the damping time? There’s no description of the response time in the manufacturer’s manual?
These two are not the same thing. The damping time of an instrument is generally defined as the time during which the amplitude of the signal from the measured quantity as it reaches the reading indicator does not exceed 1% of the total scale length. Response time is generally defined as the time it takes for the sensor to reach 90% of the final value after the test quantity changes by one step.
