I would like to consult the craftsmen at Haichuan regarding this issue: Question 1 – Should the process control parameters be based on standard condition data or actual operating condition data? If it is operating condition data, then the operating conditions of the entire device vary, and thus there is no basis for comparing data from different operating conditions. Question 2: For the same pipeline, do the operating conditions always change or do they change little? If they do change, are the values obtained under different operating conditions comparable when measuring flow rate? For example, the density of a gas also changes at different pressures
Additional question 3: For the same pipeline, with all other conditions unchanged, what are the changes in volumetric flow rate and mass flow rate when the pressure increases? How do volumetric flow rate and mass flow rate change as temperature increases?
For process control of gas flow rates, especially when it comes to gases, standard conditions are naturally used for such measurements – it’s something that’s established by convention. Is it necessary to explain this in detail?
