Help: Should the blind flange be purchased or custom-made?

In previous companies, the blind flanges were made of stainless steel, had pressure ratings, and came with handles. Now that I’m at the new workplace, I’ve noticed that they use PTFE sheets cut to make temporary blind plates, which is not standard practice. The blind plate I saw on Taobao is a round plate; is the handle welded on at the back?
The handles are welded on; standard blind flanges come with handles. Refer to Standard Diagram 1
All blind flanges have pressure ratings; the PTFE flange you mentioned is a type of simple blind flange. In general, simple blind flanges are used during construction, while proper ones are custom-made
We have to make it definite; things done on a temporary basis are easily forgotten – it all comes down to the eight characters

Do you mean the flange cover as a blind plate? Does that thing have a handle?
