A/O process: the water in the aerobic tank has turned white; please ask an expert to help analyze it

In the first few columns regarding dissolved oxygen, the value is 2-3 in the aerobic tank; in the last two columns it’s less than 1. These values were measured using a portable dissolved oxygen meter. The aeration at the water surface seems to be quite strong. The nutrients added are glucose and compound fertilizers. Recently the water has turned white – shouldn’t low dissolved oxygen cause the water to turn black? Seeking advice
We have encountered this situation in our contact oxidation process; in our case, it was caused by an excessive load.
