Let’s discuss some production evaluation methods for petrochemical enterprises, such as the assessment of key indicators, as well as the water, electricity, coal, and gas consumed per ton of raw material； Assessments of the use of spare parts, assessments of on-site cleanliness, and so on – we can refer to our company’s guidelines for this, with rewards in place, and conduct in-depth discussions
This framework can be determined by oneself, based on the production characteristics of the respective unit. For each task—such as completing production tasks, conducting on-site safety management inspections, managing process performance indicators, saving energy and reducing consumption in production, and other tasks (instructions from scheduling meetings, temporary repairs, additional tasks)—we further break them down into 3 to 5 specific indicators for assessment. The final assessment consists of self-evaluation, evaluation by the direct supervisor, and review by a higher-level supervisor.
Management is generally carried out in terms of output, consumption, process parameters, quality, on-site management, safety, and environmental protection, with specific targets set for each aspect to be evaluated.
This depends on the characteristics of the company and the actual products; in some cases assessments can be based on product specifications, in others on energy savings and consumption reduction, as well as on the level of contribution. Considering only one aspect would be unfair.
