Is HG/T20592 an European standard or a substitute for ISO 7005 flanges?

Can HG/T20592 PL25-16RF flanges be used as substitutes for ISO7005 flanges of the same nominal size and pressure class? I’m not very familiar with ISO 7005. Seeking help from experts
ISO7005 is a set of general principle-based standards that includes the European system, the American system, and Japan’s K series. When the pressure rating is the same as the nominal diameter, it is compatible with HG. ISO7005 is rarely used.
