Lubrication issues for motors below 37KW

Hello everyone, motors with a power rating of 37 KW or less generally do not have oil drainage pipes for their bearings, but they do have grease filling ports. In that case, after filling it up a few times, won’t the bearing get filled? This will affect the operation of the bearing. Why was it designed this way?
There are standards for lubricating bearings; they shouldn’t be filled to capacity. The amount of oil to add depends on the amount that has been used, and it’s definitely necessary to fill them up to the proper level
I forgot to take photos at the site; what we used for filling came from inside the bearings. It’s not true that the more filler used, the better – using too much filler can cause the bearing temperature to rise
Low-power motors generally don’t have exhaust ports, but they can be modified later on; I’ve modified several units on-site, and this helps to extend the lifespan of the bearings
