Small pieces of sludge float to the surface of the pond after a while, or they don’t sink at all; there are many bubbles in the water – how can I get rid of them? Urgent need, thank you

There are generally two reasons for excessive bubbles in sedimentation tanks: one is an excess of residual sludge, and inadequate sludge removal, which leads to an anaerobic environment that generates gas； Another method involves the nitrification of ammonia nitrogen at the front end into nitrate nitrogen, followed by denitrification in a sedimentation tank to produce gas. In the former case, sludge removal is required promptly, while in the latter case, a denitrification unit should be installed or the sedimentation tank made unsuitable for denitrification.
