A company was criticized in a notice for reporting numerous safety hazards in the early stages and failing to make timely corrections. It’s time to submit the report on hazard inspections again this month. Security officer Zhang carried the report to get the boss’s signature, looking a bit nervous. The boss asked Xiao Zhang what he planned to do regarding the monthly report, and why so many issues had been reported last month. Upon hearing the boss’s words, Xiao Zhang quickly thought of a solution, pulled out a report, and asked the boss to sign it.
