Water ring vacuum pumps generate a large amount of wastewater; how do people deal with it? Recycle? If it is reused, after some time there will be a large amount of organic matter dissolved in the water; so what needs to be done then, send it to biological treatment?
It is generally reused. When the organic content in water is high, what can be recovered should be recovered, while what cannot be recovered must undergo biochemical treatment.
Use a vacuum pump in another form instead.
Is there no gas-liquid separator before the pump? If so, it may be that the gas phase is too large, resulting in poor separation efficiency. If there is a large amount of dissolved organic matter, then it certainly needs to go into the biochemical system
The best solution is to replace the pump.

This is an inevitable problem with water ring pumps; as regulations regarding water pollution control become stricter, such pumps will surely be phased out
Consider replacing the dry pump with one such as a screw pump or a claw vacuum pump
