The Haichuan account I was using suddenly became inaccessible last week. (Shows password error) I log in about 3 times a week on average; it’s impossible for me to forget the password. As it has been registered for a long time, I have forgotten whether a phone number or email address was linked to it. I’m in urgent need of it back. Could you all please advise on what to do? Thank you
Have you mixed up the uppercase and lowercase letters, or should you think again about the password? Or maybe the account details were entered incorrectly?
